Management training to child

Children Development program introduced by VIN in Jitpurphedi does not only conducts programs for the children. There are programs that are specially designed for the teachers. Since teachers are directly involved with the children, it is very important that teacher understand the need of children. Realizing the same, VIN conducted Child club Management training Jitpur higher secondary school on 20 July, 2016 for child club facilitator teachers from eight schools.

In the training, the teacher participants were first introduced to the child club management program. Besides, they were also taught about roles and responsibilities of child club member. Additionally, the contents of the meeting were

8. Account keeping
9. Making good plans
10. Role and responsibilities of Facilitators teachers on Child club.

Child club facilitator’s teachers were actively participated in the training. This training was conducted by Children’s development officer. We were discussing about how to mobilize and establish child activities in school and how to do it. Above the content we discussed by interacting with teachers. The program was conducting 5 hours. After these training, children’s club facilitators teachers are able to support on children’s club in their schools by them self. We gave to them hands out of training. That will be help to teachers.
